The villa made of stone is placed in the little fisherman's village Donja Klada, 25 km from the town Senj. Far from traffic and crowded touristic places, in a quiet bay. The villa is situated directly on the coast, in a green oasis, with its own beach, boat dock, two parking places and two big terraces with the view to the sea and the islands Rab and Goli. It consists of a big livingroom with an open fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, 2 terraces and a summerkitchen with a barbecue place.
