Casa Aromatica Maria.
House Casa Aromatica Maria is located in a big – 7,000 square metres, or nearly two acres – oasis of century-old olive and fig trees, oleanders, laurels and cypresses.
The osasis itself is within a dense pine forest, in an unspolied part of Mali Losinj, named Cikat.
The property is physically divided by the surrounding forrest and yet it’s the natural part of it.
Perfect retreat for the nature lovers and a total stress relief.
Casa Aromatica Maria was once upon a time been conceived and used as an accomodation for olive-picking or field-working seasons and stays outside Mali Losinj. Today it has been completely refurbished, but the original Mediterranean rural ambient has been preserved, inside and outside.
Outside there is a big stone-covered terrace with open fireplace, a big dining table and deck chairs for relaxing.
Nearby there is also an outside shower and table tennis.
There are several private parking places near the house.
The house boasts with completely reconstructed modern kitchen, dining room with an old fireplace, lounge with satellite TV, small storage room and a bathroom.
On the upper floor there are two airconditioned double bedrooms, one double and the other one twin.
Sofa in the living room can easily be converted in another double bed
