Opatija - this elegant tourist destination lies at the centre of Kvarner Riviera with the longest tradition tourism in Croatia. The very attractive geographic position, enabling its warm seas to be quickly reached from many cities in Central Europe (only about 500 km from Milan, Vienna and Munich), luch green scenery and a pleasant climate were some of the main reasons for its beginning and the quick development of its tourism at the end of 19th century. Built mainly at the turn of the 20th century, Opatija has remained in complete harmony with Nature right up until present times. Well maintained public gardens, the illuminated 12 km long coastal promenade known as "Lungomare" well-kept beaches and fountains are only some of the reasons for spending your holiday in Opatija. This Pearl of Kvarner is an ideal starting point for an inspired walk through past as well as for taking pleasure in intimacy of still untouched present.
Apartment Sanja
Our apartment is on the ground floor of our family house and it is the only apartment in the house situated in green and peaceful part of Opatija cca 900 m from the center of Opatija, beach and coastal promenade "Lungomare". Near the apartment there is little wood where you can take a walk every morning and evening and enjoy the refreshing shade even in cold summer days.
Apartment has been completely renovated in year 2005. It has 100 square meters, it can be for 4,5 or 6 persons. Apartment has 3 double bedrooms, living room with tv/sat, fully equiped kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower. Apartment is suitable for children because there is large terace in garden - cca 60 square meters - with barbecue and nice sea view. Apartment has private parking for at least three cars in front of the house which is closed by gate.
Price depends on number of persons and all prices are negotiable.
Small pets are welcome (2 EUR/day).
