The house of apartments is in the village of Sveti Filip i Jakov, the small nice place just at sea, located 22 km south of the town of Zadar and 4 km west of the town of Biograd.
In front of the village a number of lovely small islands are seatted on the Pašman chanel. The place is also surrounded by 3 National Parks and 2 Parks of Nature.
They are worldknown as: The Kornati Islands Natinal Park, The Krka River Nacional Park and The Paklenica Mountain National Park, The Telaščica Park of Nature and The Vransko Lake Park of Nature. Every day tours are organized to these beauties of Nature.
Sveti Filip i Jakov Apartments is 50m far from sea and beaches, cirlcled by orchard behind it and flowers garden in front of the house. The location is quiet and ideal for those who like it. Each apartment has its own closed private parking lot and birth place for boats just in front of the house.
Near the Sveti Filip i Jakov Apartments there is a number of nice, sand or stone beaches, restaurants, markets, post office, bank office, surgery, pharmacy and sport objects for different games and recreation activities.
There are 4 three star apartments in the house. Each of them has its own SAT TV entrance, balcony, terrace or loggia and they are equipted with modern appliances and furnitures. Each apartment is equiped with Air Conditioner.
Apartment A – Studio 2+1, with a sea view, is located on the ground floor consisting of bigger double sleeping room plus couch for third person.
It is seprated from dinning room, kitchen and bathroom by harmonica door. Closed loggia (12 m2) and terrace (20m2), apartment 32 m2 give this apartment a special comfort.
It is suitable for invalide persons. If 2 persons use this apartment the price is 5 EUR lower.
Apartment has Air cconditioner,Sat TV and its own closed parking lot.
Apartment B 2+0, with a look at sea, is located on the ground floor. It consists of separate double sleeping room with exit to terrace looking at sea and the flower garden, kitchen with eating area, bathroom with toilet and small hall. The area of 30m2, terrace 20m2. It is suitable for invalid persons. Apartment has Air conditioner,Sat TV and its own closed parking lot.
Apartment C 2+1 is located on the ground floor. It consists of separate double sleeping room, living room with couch for third person, kitchen with eating area, bathroom with toilet and terrace. The area 30m2 + terrace 20 m2. The apartments is suitable for invalid persons. When 2 persons use this apartment, the price is 5 EURO lower.Apartment has Air conditioner,Sat TV and its own closed parking lot.
Apartment D 2+1 is located on the first foor. It consists of separate double room, living room with couch for third person, kitchen with eating area, bathroom with toilet and loggia. The area of apartments is 30m2 plus loggia 10m2. When apartment is used by 2 persons the price is lower 5 EURO per day. There is Aircondition in the apartment,Sat TV and its own closed parking lot.
The pleasant Mediterranean climate, crystal sea, clean beaches, historical and cultural monuments, traditional cuisine and all other little conforts on offer from this little Dalmatian village of Sveti Filip i Jakov give an ideal opportunity for a trully relaxing family holiday.
