Povlja is a little fisherman's place on island Brac with cristall clear water, tavern's with live music and a great ambiente for your holidays.
This wonderfull and typical dalmatian stone house with three apartments is situated in Povlja.
The house is only 60m from the sea and beach. On the groundfloor there are three appartments. From two front apartments and teracces you have an amazing view to the sea, coast and mountains.
Only 300m distance is to the city of this lovely town.
Apartments A1 and A2 are situated on the grond floor airconditioned and renewed this year.
A1 with 21m2 and A2 with 24m2 have place for max 4 person, one bedroom wich double bed and additional bed, kitchen, TV; bathroom with bath tube and shower, teracce with seaview and bbq.
Shops, caffees, restaurants, postoffice, bar, museum/gallery are in a close distance. The organize trips with boats; waterpolo, diving clb, rent bicicles, rent scooter, rent boats.
Your host are living in this house and will be at your service, upon necessity.
Apartment A3 is airconditioned, suitable for 2 adult + 1 kid (till 12 years) and there's no sea view, but nice garden and terace. Additional bed is in the bedroom. On request, 1 additional bed can be installed in the kitchen also for 12 years old kid. (Max 2 adults + 2 kids).
Given prices are for 2 person in all 3 apartment's.
Extra person pays 4euro/day in renewed apartments A1 and A2.
