Welcome to apartments Villa Melia, intended for quiet family vacation!
Villa Melia is situated 130 m from the sea, in the village of Ivan Dolac, on the south coast of Hvar - the sunniest Croatian island, among the beautiful pebble beaches. Ivan Dolac is a tourist village situated on the southern part of the island of Hvar, 10 km from Jelsa, 20 km from Stari Grad and 38 km from the town of Hvar. The village is connected to the rest of the island with a 1.5-kilometre long tunnel.
The Villa is located in a quiet pine forest and surrounded by a Mediterranean garden. The Villa is intended for a quiet family vacation, away from bustling cities and crowded tourist destinations. If you are looking for unspoilt nature, crystal clear ocean and abundance of sunshine, you'll find it all here. The Villa was built in 2006. The apartments are on the ground floor and the second floor and each has their own entrance and big terrace facing south, with an amazing view of the ocean.
Apartments A1 and A2 on the second floor are air conditioned and the apartments on the ground floor are not. But all of the windows are protected with mosquito netting, so they can be left open all night long, for a pleasant and comfortable sleep. Apartments A3 and A4 on the ground floor can be joined into one unit with a large common terrace suitable for a large family of for two families who are vacationing together. One parking spot is available for each of the apartments. Apartments are fully equipped. For guests, an outdoor grill has been built in the east side of garden in the shade of a fig tree. Pets are not allowed in the apartments. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments. You can smoke on the terrace.
