The Island of Hvar has an Adriatic climate, warm summers, mild winters and a large number of sunny days, which is favorable for the cultivation of vineyards. The early beginnings of vine cultivation are connected with the arrival of the Greeks in the IV ct. BC. Today there is a growing interest in high quality domestic wines. There is a beautiful vineyard close to our house.
The village of Zavala is situated on the south side of the Island Hvar. From there you can see the small Island of Scedro as well as the Island of Korcula and many small, pebble beaches. The guests will be to enjoy a truly unforgettable experience of swimming in a crystal, blue sea.
The house is in peaceful place Zavala on the south coust of the Island. 100 m from the house there is a beautiful pebble beach. On west or east side from the house are situated many small, natural, stone or pebble beaches with coves.
There are three apartments in the house. All of them have separate entrance. In front of the house there is parking space.
Apartment 1*** - beds: 4+1/ two rooms + living room - 57m square, with a separate back yard and grill.
Apartment 2*** - beds: 2+2/ one room + living room - 46 m square+ 11 m square balcony.
Apartment 3*** - studio, beds: 2+1 - 26 m square+ small back yard and grill
The apartments have got bed-clothes, a towels, and equipped kitchen for 6 persons, usage for washing machine, microwave and grill.
The hosts gladly do additional service s like a common dinner with the guests with grill, advice of good restaurants on the island, places for night life and entertainment or anything else. We don’t offer board, but there is a couple of restaurants in the villague Zavala and the possibility of arranging board food. We also have a small but well equipped grocery store and a bakery.
