To our guests we offer luxury equipped and tastefully decorated 4 stars rated apartment for 4 presons, built in 2009. It is a part of urban villa that contains four apartments with separate entrances. Apartment is 64 m2 large and consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 sleeping rooms, 2(1) bathrooms, terrace and balcony. Situated on Lapad peninsula in quiet part of Dubrovnik with lots of mediterranean sub-tropic vegetation, offers a partial view on the Adriatic Sea and island Daksa, apartment is 4 km away from Dubrovnik Old Town and 10min walk distance (500m) from the nearest beach (Copacabana). It is children and elders friendly with SAT TV, wireless internet and parking place available at no extra charge.
The villa is located close to auto camp Solitudo, near large green areas with beautiful walking paths and many beaches, including the well known pebble beach "Copacabana". The post office and supermarket is in close proximity and all other services can be reached within minutes of walking (farthest 1 km). The bus station is a few minute walk away (100m). Dubrovnik Old Town can be reached within a 10-minute drive but it can be difficult to find parking place in the city, especially in peak season. Thus, the car is really not necessary, as the excellent local bus links exist. Tourist centre Babin Kuk gives you possibility enjoying in various activities such as tennis, badminton, mini golf, bicycling, diving, wind surfing, water skiing and others.
The peninsula Lapad is area of family houses and hotels (Park, Kompas, Dubrovnik, Sumartin, Zagreb). A few hundred meters from the apartments is one of the town's most beautiful and well known walking areas Uvala, with beautiful pebble and sandy beaches, tennis courts, restaurants, hotels, markets, a trade center, a pharmacy, a clinic, hospital, bank, post-office, taxi and a bus station.
